ConReg

red telephone

It’s good to know that while we continue to pay among the highest phone and broadband charges in Europe, the state organisation responsible for overseeing the industry pays its staff an annual bonus.

Despite the ban on bonus payments in state or semi state bodies, since 2002 the 125 staff in ComReg have received a bonus payment.

In 2012 it averaged €7,000 per staff member on top of their generous salaries (€80k+).
