A big thank you to Servant to the Public for bringing this week’s Judge Dread to our attention.
As far as we can figure, here’s the sequence of events…
A mother fed her 4 month old baby some Heinz Baby Juice (purchased from Lidl).
Her baby puked.
She claimed she “might” have seen some mould in the juice.
She brought the baby to hospital.
The baby stopped puking.
The doctors found the baby to be in good health.
They found no evidence that the baby juice was contaminated.
Despite this, our good friend Judge Matthew Deery saw fit to award the mother €2,640.
For what, we ask? Having to clean up baby puke?

Sad!! My toe is sore… I kicked the trolley in the German shop… would you advise I claim? 😉
Absolutely! That trolley clearly provoked you and should have carried a clear warning sign against kicking or otherwise assaulting it….!!!
That man for President!! Quickly please!!!! 😉
